I (we) agree that the dub holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause, which the club shall deem sufficient. In
consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to
win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers,
agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are
necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging
at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any
person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we)
personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties
harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog.

(OURSELVES) OR AS TO THE CONSTRUCTION, INTERPRETATION AND EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE
SETTLED BY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION.

Take I-75 to exit # 352, W Silver Springs Blvd/SR 40. Continue West on W Silver Springs/SR
40 towards NW 1st Ave. Go 10.6 miles to W Hwy 328. Turn Right onto W Highway 328. Go 3.5
miles on Hwy 328 to NW 150th Ave. Turn Right onto NW 150th Ave. Approx 2 miles on the Left
is Early Bird Hunting Club @ 3030 NW 150th Ave. Follow the signs to the Event site.

CAMPING
Primitive camping is allowed on the Early Bird Hunting Club grounds. There are no electric
hookups. Water is available on the grounds. Contact WC Spurling at (352) 489-4417 for
details.

Beverages and doughnuts will be furnished by the Club each morning.
WC’s Famous BBQ is available for $12.00 per person*
*minimum number of participants required. See attached Registration
the Club will supply water & other beverages during the Event.
EVENT ETTIQUETTE
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on Early Bird property.
Horseback riding is not permitted except as part of the Event.
Participants are responsible for their dogs, children, & guests. Dog training is not permitted on
the grounds.
The field will close Sunday after the last dog has run to permit the volunteers to clean the field
of birds.
For the purpose of determining misconduct during an AKC Licensed Event, the Event is not
considered over until all participants have left the grounds.

COURSES & BIRDS
All stakes will be a single course without a bird field. Native and/or liberated quail will be used. Only blank
pistols will be used by handlers in this event. Amateur Limited Gun Dog is a retrieving stake – a call back
for the retrieve will be required. All live shooting will be done by Official Gunners. Breaking shotguns only
are allowed on the property during this event. Tracking devices approved by the AKC will be allowed.
However, no tracking devices will be allowed during the retrieve.
This Field Trial will be run under a flexible format. The Field Trial Committee reserves the right to change
the running order, order of stakes, and/or modify the courses as well as change and/or add judges if
needed.
PRIZES
Standard AKC rosettes to all placed dogs.
REFUNDS
No entry fees will be refunded if the Field Trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil
disturbances, fire, extreme and/or dangerous weather conditions, an Act of God, public emergency, act of a
public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club.

In order to serve the BBQ lunch, there must be a minimum of ten (10) people participating. Therefore, we ask that you sign up and
pre-pay for lunches.
We will plan for the BBQ based on the number of reservations. There is no guarantee of a meal without payment in advance.
