This Sunday we begin Catholic Schools Week here in the Archdiocese
of Denver. We recognize that one of the most valuable assets and
rich blessings we are called to be stewards of is our children. Forming

one of the things we take most seriously.
There are less than thirty parishes within our Archdiocese that are
fortunate enough to have a Catholic school associated with them.
I for one wish to take this opportunity to say thanks to Fr. Michael
Walsh and Fr. Andrew Kemberling for their great pastoral leadership in
assuring that St. Thomas More would have what has become the largest Catholic grade
school in the archdiocese. We are truly blessed!
