Women Of All Fitness Levels, Ages Encouraged At Sta-Fit

For Women being close to using a
wheelchair. Now she has lost enough
weight and inches that she can do
the circuit twice, the treadmill for 20
minutes, and the bike.
Sta-Fit For Women at 815 Court
Street in Keene has been helping
women with their health concerns and goals since 2012.
Owner and trainer Jackie
Ross (formerly of Curves) and
her friendly, trained staff are
available to do tours of the facility to prospective members.
“There is no better time to
get started, and we are ready
to work with you to help you
feel inspired in your journey
towards better overall fitness
and health,” Ross stated. She
and her staff are dedicated to
working with each member
and their special needs. “We
work with many members for
weight, strength, balance issues
and continuing their therapy
for health concerns. At only
$35 per month and no sign-up
fees, membership at Sta-Fit is
affordable and includes full use
of the facility’s well-maintained
circuit exercise equipment,
bikes, treadmills and elipticals,”
Ross added.
Members may also sign up
for a number of classes, including Zumba, Qi Gong, aerobics,
and yoga at no additional fee.
One of the things that makes
Sta-Fit unique is the staff and
the extra effort they put into
knowing their members’ names,
greeting everyone, and always
with a smile. The atmosphere
is bright and relaxed, with lots
of fun and laughter and many
friendships have been formed
as a result. Women of all fitness
levels and ages are encouraged
to join and enjoy all of the
benefits.
