Tuition Assistance applications
for the
2015-2016 School Year
are now available!
Paper applications (available in English & Spanish) can be picked up from the school or
sent home with your child. Below are the options for assistance. Please be aware of
the eligibility and deadlines for each option. The earlier applications are received,
the better chance of receiving assistance (awards given on a first-come, firstawarded basis). Your 2014 tax preparation needs to be completed in order to apply.
BASIC: Bay Area Scholarship for Inner-City Children
eligibility: student entering private school for the first time
(note: if have a current student at OLG School, but will have an incoming
sibling new to private school, then family is eligible for BASIC)

WHAT IS SCRIP?
Scrip is a program from which families can purchase gift cards at face value and OLG School
then receives a rebate percentage of each purchase from the program. There are hundreds
of businesses that offer gift cards through this program, from grocery stores to gas stations,
restaurants, home improvement stores, and even Disneyland. It’s a WIN-WIN proposition!
WHERE CAN I BUY SCRIP?
Scrip can be purchased online at www.shopwithscrip.com. Click Register, then click on Join
a Scrip Program to get started. The OLG Enrollment Code is 935D3D9936989.
The other way to order is to pick up an order form at the school office or print one out from
the school website at this link: http://olgweb.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/SCRIP-OrderForm.pdf and then submit the order with payment to the school.
HOW DO I PAY FOR SCRIP?
One way to pay for Scrip is to use PrestoPay. This option will be available through your
online ShopWithScrip account. Another option is to send cash or check (payable to OLG
School) for the total amount of your purchase. Our Scrip coordinator will process your order
after payment is received.

OLG CYO Track registration is currently being accepted. Completed CYO track
applications plus the fee of $60 (which you may reduce by a $10 T-shirt credit if your
athlete will re-use last year’s shirt) can be turned in to the school office (Attn: Lili

OLG School is partnering with TADS Education Consulting to bring the application,
enrollment/registration, and financial aid application process into the 21st century.
For the 2015-2016 school year, families with incoming siblings and new families will apply
to OLG School via an on-line application starting as early as Catholic Schools Week.
Current families will register for and pay registration fees through the on-line
enrollment/registration portal, and pay tuition using the tuition portal. And families with a
financial need will apply for Financial Aid on-line (paper applications will no longer be

accepted, firm deadline to apply is 3/15/15).
