NONPROFIT ORG
Founded in 1971, the Arts Council meets every Monday
during the school year. Specifically created to support
the Art Galleries and Departments of Music and
Theatre, the Arts Council for CSUN provides ushering
assistance during musical and theatre performances,
as well as staffing and conducting tours in the Main
Art Gallery. The Arts Council manages and operates
the Music Shoppe, with proceeds going towards
Department programs and student scholarships.
Northridge
Membership provides special tours and events within
the visual and performing arts among like-minded
people. Regular and frequent interaction with faculty
and students boosts knowledge of current cultural
changes within these disciplines.
We look forward to hearing from interested persons
seeking to enhance their lifestyle and take part in this

Auditions for this workshop will take place on the weekend of
June 6-7. Along with the exceptional classes in acting, voice,

The Teenage Drama Workshop (TADW)
is a six-week intensive workshop (June 15-July 26) for students in
grades 7-12 who are interested in theatre. Through the program,
students receive intensive training in the areas of acting, dance,
and voice, or technical theatre arts (costume, stagecraft, lighting
and sound).
