February is Heart Month! The WCS Nutrition Services staff will use the month of February
to draw attention to the fact that healthy eating and exercise (beginning at a young age) are
excellent prevention measures to modify risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease.
The Nutrition Services staff will also have the opportunity to wear red instead of their
uniform shirt with $1 donation to the American Heart Association.
