The O2WA conference offers an excellent opportunity for any interested party to gain access to the active wastewater professional.

approved to provide classes for the CCB, DEQ and OHLA certification and licensing programs.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE – An educational conference expecting to exceed 250 onsite wastewater professionals, comprised of in the
industry including local public health officials, engineers, consultants, installation contractors, septic pumpers, and others interested
in onsite wastewater management. They will learn about the latest in onsite wastewater industry issues and approaches to onsite
wastewater management.

O AUCTION/RAFFLE DONATION OF ITEMS, PACKAGES, BASKETS OR GIFT CERTIFICATES –Your donation will support the scholarship
program. The purpose of the program is to (1) promote education in the environmental sciences or other related academic pursuits
that apply to the field of onsite wastewater treatment, and (2) promote the education of members and their direct relatives in any
field of higher education. Our goal is to give out $6,000.00 in scholarships during the scholastic year.

Payment Terms – Space will be guaranteed once full payment is received along with the Vendor Registration Form. Payment may be
made by check payable to O2WA, as well as by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. No vendors will be permitted on the
show floor with an outstanding balance.
SPACE ASSIGNMENTS - Space assignment is on a first-come, first-served basis. See Diagram in this packet. Choice locations go
quickly, so register early. To reserve one or more spaces, complete the exhibit registration form and return it with payment. Space
cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
SHIPPING AND STORAGE – Parcels may be delivered up to three (3) days prior to the conference – January 26 th. The shipment must
be addressed to the guest responsible for claiming the parcel at the Hotel.

INSTALLATION & REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS – Set up is available on Thursday. Time and more details will be available two weeks prior
to move in.
LIABILITY - O2WA assume no liability for property lost from your exhibit during the conference due to robbery, fire, accident, or any
other hazard without limitation. The conference reserves the right to disallow any display or company that may not be in keeping
with the goals of this conference.
CANCELATIONS FEES - A cancellation charge of $225 will be assessed for space canceled on or before December 1, 2014. Any
cancelations after that date will be assessed at the full fee contracted. In the event of cancellation, O2WA shall have the right to use
said space to suit its own convenience, including selling the space to another vendor. O2WA assumes no responsibility for having the
name of the canceled vendor or company description in promotional materials. All cancellations must be submitted to O2WA in
writing. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.

DONATIONS TO ANNUAL AUCTION & RAFFLE - A fund raising auction for the O2WA Scholarship Fund is being held at the Friday night
dinner. Full conference registration will include dinner again in 2015. Any donation of items for our raffle or auctionable items is
appreciated. An acknowledgement of donations will be made at the conference, mention in our quarterly newsletter and on our
website.
EXHIBITOR OPERATION AND CONDUCT/RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION
 Exhibitors may not schedule private functions or events which conflict with officially scheduled O2WA events
 All activities must be carried on in Exhibitor’s contracted exhibit booth space
 Exhibitors and their representatives shall at all times conduct themselves in a professional manner
 It is the responsibility of the group to ensure that work is conducted in a manner that will not pose any potential
safety hazard to either guests or staff, and meet Valley River Inn, State and OSHA fire and safety codes.
 At no time may any egress to a designated exit be blocked or have any obstruction. No curtains, drapes, or
decorations shall be hung in such as manner as to cover any exit signs. Adherence to all local fire codes will be the sole
responsibility of the outside vendor. All additional “EXIT” signs must be illuminated and battery-operated.
