Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the Security related Industry;
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory position in the Security related industry.
Good understanding of the Criminal Procedures Act.
Previous experience in a Safety environment;
Experience in hospitality environment will be an advantage;
Previous experience as a Safety Rep

Maintaining and minimizing criminal activity within the park by patrolling and visiting all vulnerable points.
Maintaining a high standard over the security through spot checks and constant visit of hot spots.
Conduct daily parades and briefing of safety and security officers.
Conduct uniform checks and ensure that the safety and security officers and parking attendants are equipped for
carrying out their duties.
Check all safety equipment and report faults ensure that our equipment is accounted for on a daily basis.
Keep records of all incidents in your shift and do a daily pocket book signing.
Ensure you action all misconduct from safety, parking and security staff.
Manage your time and attendance and that of the safety officers and parking attendants ensuring that there is no
overtime.
Submission of your daily and weekly report and signing of your staff timesheets.
Maintain and set high standards for occupational health and safety by ensuring that you report all hazards in your
location.
Reduce risk in your area by ensuring that staff is reminded of their SOP and keep abreast of changes in your Sop’s.
Maintain high standard for safety and security in your shift.
Action all reports by staff, management and follow up incidents of absenteeism.
Investigate all incidents and give impartial report.
Strive for results in all your investigation and set trends.

Good Interpersonal and Communication skills;

Must be able to work under pressure and night shifts;
