Five-Year-Old Kindergarten Registration
January 5 - February 6, 2015
Current Cudahy residents must register their children
for the 2014-2015 kindergarten program.
If your child currently attends the School District of Cudahy in our four­year­old kindergarten, you do not need to register. You will receive a confirming letter from your child’s teacher. If your child is not currently attending the School District of Cudahy, please call the school in your attendance area for registration information. Five­Year­Old Kindergarten hours are: Monday – Friday 8:10 AM ­ 3:00 PM Children must be five years old by September 1, 2015
to register for kindergarten.
At the time of registration you must provide your child's
Birth Certificate – Immunization Record – Proof of Residency*
* Proof of Residency documentation could be a utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage documents, etc.

Early Entrance to Kindergarten In accordance with Cudahy Board of Education Policy 5112 Entrance Age, the District shall prescribe procedures, conditions, and standards for early admission to kindergarten. Please contact the building principal or Karen Ebbers in the Instructional Services office at 414­294­7405 for more information on Entrance Age policy and procedures.
