Brand messages - I Will if You Will

‘I WILL IF YOU Will’ KEY MESSAGING
‘I Will If You Will’ is a movement to get the ladies of Bury moving. Delivered by Bury
Council, with Lottery funding from Sport England, it’s about getting together,
trying something new and having fun while we do it!
Why it’s important to be active
Getting active is good for you – it keeps us physically healthy and trim, plus physical activity boosts our feel-good
hormones, making us feel happier and more confident!
Right now only 20% of British women are reaching the recommended level of activity each week - that’s a huge
80% of us missing out on the benefits of being a little more active.
