Summer Holiday Camp Activities
During the summer holidays it can be hard to find activities to
keep your children happy and motivated without breaking the
bank. Holiday Camp at the Arena offers excellent value for
money for only £24 a day including all activities, morning
and afternoon breaktime snack, a hot or cold lunch and
unlimited drinks.

Mini Sports Courses
A summer mini course at the Arena is a great way for children to keep active, meet new

During the summer holidays children under 15 years can pop to the Arena during
the week between 9.30am – 5.30pm and enjoy any of the racket sports below for
just a £1 per person*.

Summer Holiday Camp Booking
Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions before making your booking.
Please keep hold of this page for your records.
• Children that are aged 5 to 11 years can attend holiday camp.
•Bookings must be made before 5pm the previous evening so the following days
activities and staffing ratios can be planned. Any late bookings and ‘on the day
arrivals’ will not be accepted.
• Every child must be signed in by a nominated parent or guardian.
• Any special requests need to be made to the manager when signing in.
•Signing in time is between 8.30am and 9.00am. Please arrive within this time
so that all planned activities can begin. Any late arrivals are at the supervisors
discretion.
•Collection time is between 4.30pm and 5.30pm. Any collections after 5.30pm will be
charged at a rate of £5.00 per 15 minutes.
•Cancellations must be made in writing 48 hours in advance of the booked session.
A credit note will be issued to claim against an alternative day at holiday camp.
•Please ensure children have suitable clothing and footwear to take part in activities.
Children must have socks for the bouncy castle and trampolining.
•We will be aiming to visit the park every day. Please ensure children have suitable
clothing and sun cream.
•If your child is booked in for a swimming activity, please supply arm bands or rubber
ring if your child requires them as we are not able to lend these out.
•We reserve the right to alter the programme without prior notice
•We have policies and procedures in place. If you wish to view these, please contact
the holiday camp manager.
•The Arena holiday camp is fully OFSTED registered. If you wish to make a comment/
complaint please complete a customer comment form available from reception.
