This is a casual part time role consisting of 25 to 30 hours per week. Ideally work days will be negotiated around the work requirements and hours are best suited to coincide with the second half of the working day. The role will require a pro-active, highly organised and motivated person, who can interpret and understand compliance with standards and legislation and work unassisted for periods of time. You will be responsible for compliance upgrades and development works within the Registered Training Organisation as guided by the Director of the business. Further support from time to time will consist of the day to day communications within the business. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for administrative tasks including; o o o o o o Upgrades of training packages Developing training tools Reviewing training products Conducting validation meetings Audit actions Research You will have; o o o o o o o o o o Proficiency in the use of o Microsoft Office Version 2010 products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint o Accuracy in word processing, graphics and data entry skills Highly developed written communication skills Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner The ability to maintain strong attention to detail and take pride in the quality of work produced Work within timelines set and meet deadlines, demonstrating the ability to prioritise, organise and complete work as required Maintain a consistent level of professionalism An ability to achieve tasks set individually and unsupervised, while also working effectively within a busy team environment Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist all clients and other staff that you may have contact with A proactive approach to work and tasks set including resolving queries and problems A can-do attitude, flexible and mature approach to work tasks, and a willingness to learn. At DTER, you will be working with a dedicated group of staff who are client focused and solution orientated while maintaining a practical, supportive and effective approach at what we do best. This is a specialised role and the Director is willing to train the right person.
