One Free Class After 10 Punches: $30 15-Punch Card. Two Free Classes After 15 Punches: $45 20-Punch Card. Four Free Classes After 20 Punches: $60 Contact the Eglin Fitness Annex at 883-9127 for additional information CLASS DESCRIPTIONS: CARDIO MIX ($) – Stir up your workout with a choice of step or floor work with a mix of cardio and toning. FIP – Fitness Improvement Program. For Active Duty Members Only. An intense workout designed to improve physical strength of Airmen who do not meet current PT standards. Go4Life ® (Referrals Only) -- Geared for older adults (age 50 years and up) who have not exercised in many years or who have never exercised. Class will meet two times per week for eight weeks. The program will focus on strength/endurance, balance and flexibility. To participate in this program you must be referred by your provider. MORE STRENGTH ($) – Calorie burning workout using hand weights, body bar and step bench. For all Fitness levels. Muscle Max (FIP) - Fun strength training class that uses a variety of equipment to develop muscular strength and endurance. Salsa – Move to authentic Latin dance moves in this fun-filled calorie-burning session. Great class! STEP PATTERNS W/ WEIGHTS ($) – Aerobic sessions performed with the step, combined with moves using weights. Spin (FIP) – Indoor cycling training. Incredible calorie-burning, energizing and fun workout. Classes at the Main Fitness Center. TAI CHI ($) – (Class will resume in April). $6 Drop-In Fee. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that will help you improve your health. The slow moving posters will help you strengthen your joints and organs, as well as generate energy throughout your body. For All Fitness levels. YOGA ($) - Improve balance and flexibility while gaining strength. Great sessions that will help improve the mind and body. U-JAM FITNESS ® ($) – An athletic cardio workout that tones your body and leave you begging for more! Let the music dive you! ZUMBA® ($) - Engage in this phenomenal session, as you ditch the workout, and join the party! For all Fitness levels.
