Fit 2 Fight Water Aerobics Beginning Circuit is the safest alternative to standard aerobics. It causes very little stress to your joints (low impact). Water exercise allows people of ALL fitness levels to work at a pace that is appropriate for their exercise goals. Water aerobics is also appropriate for people who: have joint problems, overweight, older, pregnant or looking to cross train. Introduces people to weight equipment in a circuit format. Clients spend about two minutes per machine with a minute of cardio training between each set. Weight lifting in the group environment gives the client the motivation to work stronger and harder and have fun too! It is for all ages and fitness levels. Circuit/Interval Training with a variety of exercises in a variety of locations. Pre/Post Performance Evaluations to determine success Incentives and Prizes.
