Municipal Advisor Rulemaking Update

This session will review the status of the MSRB municipal advisor
regulatory framework, including MSRB Rule G-42 on duties of nonsolicitor municipal advisors, MSRB Rule G-44 on supervisory and
compliance obligations of municipal advisors. Also, this session will
cover the upcoming municipal advisor professional qualifications
examination process.
