BREAD
Monday 9th June 10:30-12pm & Saturday 2nd August 2-3:30pm
Come along and share Wendy’s passion for bread! She will teach you how easy it can be to shape, mould and prove.
Learn techniques to create Ciabatta, Turkish no-knead bread, chilli twists, free form loaves and rustic French sticks.
Perfect accompaniment for summer BBQ’s.

CAKE DECORATING
Monday 16th June 10:30-12pm & Saturday 9th August 2-3:30pm
Using fondant and butter cream, chocolate and ganache. In this class we will decorate a children’s large birthday cake, an
adults chocolate cake and more. Have a go at piping delicate melted chocolate and making fondant roses. Fun for everyone!
