Greetings Vendors!
The Central States Water Environment Association (CSWEA) will be holding its 88th
Annual Meeting at the Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois on May 18th through the
20th, 2015. CSWEA is comprised of water pollution control professionals including facility
operators and managers, consulting engineers, regulators and educators from Illinois,
Wisconsin and Minnesota. Drury Lane is an excellent venue and we have organized an
exceptional technical program to accompany our exhibits. The CSWEA Annual Meeting
provides a great opportunity for your organization to market your products and/or services
to decision makers involved in all facets of the water pollution control field.
Reservations are now being accepted for vendor exhibition. This year, in order to
reduce the booth price ($100 less than last year), we are only including one pass
for each exhibitor. If you plan on having more than one person at your booth, please
purchase extra passes. If you register by February 13, 2015, you will be assured of
a listing in Central States Water magazine, showing the location of your booth on the
exhibition floor. Your name will be listed on the sponsors’ page in the magazine. There will
also be sponsor poster boards placed at key locations during the conference. Please note
the registration deadline to have your company listed in the Central States Water
magazine.
The exhibits will be open two days: Tuesday, May 19 (full-day), and Wednesday, May
20 (half-day). The conference is being arranged to provide longer breaks during the
technical sessions with refreshments served only in the exhibit hall. This year we have
a new incentive pricing structure that will bring more utility members and new
attendees to the conference (for more details, see the Winter 2014 Central States
Water magazine issue).
There are also other sponsorship options for your company. There will be sponsors for the
golf outing, 5K walk/run, various event sponsorship (meet and greet, Tuesday Social etc.) and
conference sponsorship. These opportunities are also available online. We want to thank you

Cost
The cost for an 8’ x 10’ exhibit space including one (1) member, is $575, if the
application is received by February 13, 2015. Preliminary exhibitors will be presented
in the Central States Water magazine, April 2015 edition. Booth applications received
after February 13, 2015, will be $700 and will not be listed in the magazine.
Exhibitors Registration
Exhibitor’s passes can be purchased for exhibitors desiring more than one (1) member
per booth. The cost for the additional Exhibitor pass is $125 and includes the Monday
Meet & Greet and Tuesday’s Exhibitor’s Luncheon, Reception and Tuesday Social. You
MUST purchase these passes and note the person’s name on your exhibit registration
form to have more than one (1) person(s) at your booth.

Full Conference Registration information will be provided in early February 2015.

Please note that upon receipt of your exhibit registration, a confirmation packet will be
sent in early May 2015. Online registration for exhibitors and conference registration
