There are two sessions, one at 10am and the other at 11.30am. It is suitable for ages 3+ and is free with no need to book. Personalised signed copies of the book will be available at £3.99 per copy. Bedworth Eagles JFC Bedworth Eagles run a mini soccer school on Saturday mornings on Nicholas Chamberlaine school field (CV12 9EA). It’s for boys and girls from Reception up to Year 6 from 11am – 12 noon. It costs £3 per session and you just turn up. Warwickshire Cricket Board There are half term cricket coaching courses available during half term week for children aged 8-13 years. The courses are held at Bounce, Nuneaton and cost £15 per day or £60 per week. For more information or to book please contact [email protected] or www.warwickshirecricketboard.co.uk PTA News & Update Dates for your Diary Ladies Pamper Evening 6th March 2015 – Doors Open at 6.30pm till 9pm Our school hall will be transformed into an exciting mini‐market, classrooms will be the treatment rooms which will be the perfect opportunity for Mums/Nans/Aunts etc. to treat themselves to an evening of self‐ indulgence. We will also have a pamper‐themed raffle drawn on the night. The mini‐market will include stalls selling jewellery, make‐up, hair accessories, cosmetics and lots more. Refreshments will also be available to purchase for you to enjoy during the evening. You don’t have to have a treatment but if you like to, there will be a great choice on offerof various types of massage, eyebrow threading, manicures & pedicures, plus more to be announced. At present we have over 25 stalls booked, can we ask you to spread the word telling family and friends about the pamper evening, we really want to make it successful. Please use the form below to order your entry ticket, they are £1.00 each or you can purchase a ticket at the door on the evening of the event. We look forward to seeing you and are sure you will have a fun and relaxing evening. TREAT YOURSELF! We still have availability for beauticians to promote their business by doing a Beauty/Nail/Massage Treatment. The cost is £10 plus a small raffle prize to the value of £5 or £15 per stall if you don’t wish to donate a raffle prize. If you are interested, can you please collect a booking form which contains all the information you require from the School Office and complete asap to avoid disappointment. PTA Meeting – 7th February 7pm (School Staff Room) – Come along and get involved we would appreciate new ideas and suggestions. We need more people to get involved and give us help. It takes a great deal of effort, time to run the events that we organise, we are feeling the pressure and want to do so much more. People power is limited, with you help and involvement we can achieve so much more. We apologise for not being able to hold a February Disco, hopefully we can be up and dancing again in March. We will keep you informed and let you know after our next meeting. Remember the Green Coin Scheme that we won in December? Asda are coming next week to present the school with the cheque for £200, a very proud moment for us all. To monitor our fund raising we now have a fund raising thermometer in place. This will show how well we are doing and the progress to getting the outdoor play equipment. Gift Amnesty Thank you to everyone who has given to the gift amnesty collection we are very grateful. it is still not too late to donate a gift if you have any. We will keep the box in the school reception for another couple of weeks. We really are pleased with everything that’s been donated THANK YOU. Attendance The average attendance for was 94.4%.
