A complete set of tender documents may be obtained interested bidders by submission of written Appellation on the letter-head of the firm to the undersigned accompanied with copies of sales tax and Income Tax Registration upon payment, (deposited in Bank Punjab Model Town Branch, Rahim Yar Khan account No CPA-8097-9) NonRefundable fee amounting to Rs.200/ on or before 02-03-2015 at 2:00 PM. Bids must have quoting item wise rate along with Earnest Money note exceeding 5% of quoted of full value of given rates as call deposit receipt refundable after completion of purchase in favor of Manager GTTC, Rahim Yar Khan. Rates offered by firms must be inclusive of all taxes, the taxes will be deducted at the time of payment. The reputable firms/ suppliers/vendors must be NTN Registered, in case of exemption prove should be provided with the bid. The bids should be valid for 90 days. Payment will be made subject to satisfactory report of inspection through cross cheque after deduction of taxes as per Govt. rules. Sealed bids are to be reached up to 03-03-2015 at 1:00 PM through registered post / courier services clearly marked on the corner of the envelop as tender/bid at below mentioned address. The bids will be opened at same day at 1:30 PM in presence of procurement committee and bidders are their representatives who may like to be present. No Tenders will be issued on the date of opening of tenders or after the last date & time mentioned above. (A) Procurement Committee may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. (B) Procurement committee shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but shall not be required to justify those grounds.
