Tender Notice Office Stationery Gujranwala Waste Management Company (GWMC) requires sealed tenders under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (“PPR 2014”) for the procurement of following Items: S. No. 1. Item Office Stationery Specifications Miscellaneous Items (specifications available in bidding documents ) Terms and Conditions: a. b. Interested parties/firms should be registered with the relevant Income and Sales tax Departments. Bids should be submitted as single stage two envelop by 11:30 a.m. on 03-02-2015 at the Head Office of GWMC. Bids shall be opened on the same date after passage of at least 30 minutes from the submission deadline. c. Details of PPR 2014 can be downloaded from website: http//www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk d. Bid Documents can be obtained on written requests from the office of GWMC at below given address during office hours on payment of Rs. 500/-. e. Bid Bond equal to 2%of the Bid value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) should be attached with the financial proposal. The validity period of the proposals/offer shall be 90 days. f. Tax deduction(s) shall be made as per relevant laws. g. Under signed may reject all bids or proposals, strictly in accordance with relevant Rules of PPR 2014.
