You can collect your passport from our Dublin Travel Centre or we will send it to you by secure delivery. Importantly, the price you see is the price you pay and we don’t charge credit card fees. RUSSIA Irish passport holders are required to obtain a visa prior to arrival. What you will need to send to us: • Your passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining • 1 completed application form to be completed online • 1 passport style colour photograph • Invitation Letter and Accommodation Voucher • Support letter from IE company for business visas • A copy/proof of travel/health insurance policy. It must be valid in Russia for the whole period of the journey. Details of the policy, including policy number, dates of validity, etc must be stated in the visa application form. How long does it take? Processing time for your visa is generally within 15 working days of receipt by Trailfinders. Express service is available and is generally issued within 7 working days. The Consulate does not open at weekends, working days are Monday to Friday. Types of Visa available: Tourist Single Entry - Visa fee- €60.00 For express service add €40.00 Maximum stay is 30 days but the visa is only granted for dates and period of stay as per invitation. For longer validity visas and other visas please call us on 01 881 4949. Please note we can arrange authorised invitations. Tourist invitation - fee - €50.00 Service Charge: Trailfinders Service Charge €65.00 (inc VAT and secure postage) per Visa. If you have booked your trip with Trailfinders the Service Charge is reduced to €45.00 per Visa.
