Original Passport, valid for minimum 6 months.
A Copy of Passport information page.
One passport size photograph.
Visa fee must be transferred only to the relevant Embassy bank account indicated below.
Receipts for payments must be attached to the visa application.
Cash is not acceptable by the Embassy.
The fee, once paid is not refundable.
It takes three (3) working days to process the visa.

12. Collection of Passports
a) Applicants are responsible for the collection of their Passport(s).
b) An authorization document and ID must be produced by individuals collecting on behalf
of the applicant(s).
c) Courier services are recommended.
d) The Embassy does not take the responsibility for posting or sending passports.
Note:
All applicants holding Alien Passports must get visas at the Embassy before travelling to Uganda.
Before sending /notifying the relevant courier, Applicants are advised to confirm with the Embassy
that passports are ready for collection.
