KINMAN KRONICLE YOUR MISSIONARIES TO GUATEMALA February 2015 Return to Guatemala Greetings from the Land of Eternal Spring! We returned home to Guatemala from a six month furlough on January 8 and love being back with the people God has called us to work with. Our children are back in their classes at the Christian Academy of Guatemala, and we are getting settled back into life and ministry. We are thankful for God’s hand of protection while we traveled in the USA, speaking in over 25 churches, and for the precious time we had with friends and family! Kaitlynne Arrives The ministry here is going wonderful, and the Lord is continuing to bless in all areas of our life. Our newest teammate, BBFI Team missionary Kaitlynne Ames-Dixon (from Largo, Florida) has arrived, and we are helping her get set up and accommodated. She will be involved in many aspects of ministry at our churches, including children’s and ladies’ ministries and the feeding centers. THE KINMAN FAMILY Jerry, Mindy, Joel, Jeremiah & Mikayla 4th Anniversary of Ciudad Quetzal Church Our second church plant has just completed its 4th year of ministry, and we had a special celebration service on January 25 with over 180 in attendance. There were many guests and new Email: families visiting for the first time. Our auditorium only seats 80 people comfortably, and it was [email protected] packed! We're looking forward to building a new auditorium and see how the Lord will bless in the Website: future! 7th Anniversary of Sumpango Church On Saturday & Sunday, February 14-15, our first church plant here in Guatemala celebrated their 7th anniversary with special services and a banquet. Pastor Matt Trill, from New Testament Baptist Church in Largo, Florida, was the guest speaker that Sunday, with special music from his wife Maribeth and a visiting missions team. We are thankful for Pastor Jaime Elías and his wife Dámaris, and that the Sumpango Church is moving forward and continuing to reach people for the Lord! Keswick Christian School We recently had the privilege of hosting a performing arts group from Keswick Christian School in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The choir and band ministered to over 2,000 people, performing in 4 local schools and 3 churches and feeding centers. God touched many hearts through their music performances and their sweet spirit, and we praise the Lord for the many decisions that were made!
