NUTTY PROFFESSOR
BACARDI RUM (2x700ml bottles) ~ More than two kilos of ripe bananas combined
with full cream milk and a dash of lemon juice resulting in a thick, creamy texture.
SOUTH PACIFIC DREAM
DRY WHITE WINE (4 litres) ~ Pineapple juice, mango nectar, peach nectar, pear
juice, orange juice and passionfruit pulp. Excellent as a non-alcoholic or alcoholic
cocktail.
