School meets in Sierra Vista Chapel featuring “An
Inspiring Interview,” Halcyon Wilson, coordinator;
Stuart Tyner, lesson. This week in Journey, special
guest Fritz Guy will discuss status in the kingdom of
God, comparing chapters 48 and 70 in The Desire of
Ages.
Food Friend-zy. Connect with our university
students! On February 28, host a group of students in
your home after church@noon for a meal and some
conversation. We still need a few more host families.

office to host. Students, visit the office of Spiritual Life
on campus to sign up to go to a home.
This Sabbath’s offering is for our Local
Church Budget.
2015 Paul Landa Lecture. Tammi Schneider from
Claremont School of Theology will present “Women
in the Book of Genesis: What do we do with them?”
on February 28 at 4:00pm in the Zapara School of
Business Troesh Conference Center. The lecture will
be followed by a faculty response led by Wonil Kim.

Fellowship Luncheon. Visitors are invited to
potluck across the street in Sierra Vista Chapel
after church@study and church@noon. All are
welcome. Members are invited come and bring a dish.
Sabbath Rest is until 5:38pm on February 21. Next
Sabbath’s welcome is on February 27 at 5:45pm.

La Sierra University World Museum of History.
We are in need of volunteers once a month on
Saturdays from 2:00-5:00 pm. Call Carolyn Mall at
(951) 785-2033.
Tuition Aid Fundraiser Join us after our
conversation with Richard Rice for an international
dinner in the Pathfinder Room and support our
students attending La Sierra Academy.
La Sierra Academy invites you to TK-1 Visitation
Day on February 27 from 9:00am-1:00pm.
Transitional kindergarten (TK) is open to children
turning five between September 2 and December 2.
The Jeans for Teens Drive continues. Bring your lightly
used jeans to the La Sierra Academy office. Alumni,
mark your calendar for Alumni Weekend April 24-26.
The Ladies’ Gala Charity Tea is April 26 at 10:00am in
the Zapara School of Business.
Blanket Club. Please consider donating any usable
yarn at the church office. We continue to give
away about 25 blankets a month, all made from
donated yarn and transformed scraps!
Books Needed. SDA books, commentaries in any
condition for the prisons in Ghana, West Africa. Call
or text Doug/909-224-4551. Also wanted Chapel
Records and Lapidary Equipment.
