Mathematics Faculty Updates
‘Clean Up Australia’ comes to Pittwater House – Years 3-12
As part of the nationwide ‘Clean Up Australia’ campaign, we will be holding a
‘Clean Up’ of our own on Friday 27 February at Lunchtime. Open to students
in Years 3-12. Volunteers will enjoy a free home-baked muffin and will be
encouraged to bring their own drink containers and fill up with juice from the
juice station.
Maths Study Centre - Years 7-12
The Maths Study Centre is available on Tuesday afternoons with Mrs Bate
and on Thursday afternoons with Mr Smuts. Sessions run from 3:30pm –
4:20pm and are held in WG3. Students from Years 7-12 are welcome to
attend on a regular or drop-in basis and there is no requirement to book for
this activity.

Calling for Volunteers for PHPA Events
The PHPA is looking for volunteers to help out on an ad hoc basis for a number of parent association events and
school functions we support (ie. Junior and Senior Creative Arts nights).
If you are interested in helping out and/or joining a working group for our planned events (ie. Mothers' Day Lunch,

The Clothing Pool and Second Hand Books shop is located next to the School Uniform shop. It is run by a volunteer
parent and is open on Tuesdays from 8:00am-9:15am and on Thursdays from 2:00pm-3:15pm.
Please Note: Only cash or cheques will be accepted. Purchases cannot be charged to your School account.
