In 1933,
to celebrate the end of
prohibition in the United States, Franklin D Roosevelt
mixed the first legal cocktail in the White House. It was
his favourite, the Dirty Martini. From then on it has
become one of the World’s classic cocktails, mixed in
bars from San Francisco to Sydney.
Our own
Dirty Martini
is lovingly
crafted using a unique mix of vodka or gin, served straight up
and freezing cold, with olives, fresh thyme and just a hint
of vermouth.
