Why can Paul say that he counts every
as loss? Because he has experienced
that Christ is better than anything else
that we chase after. Have we
experienced Christ in that way? This
“surpassing worth of knowing Christ” is
only a heartfelt prayer away, all it may
cost us is our desires and passions
which if you ask Paul don’t count for
much.
