SACRAMENTS OF INITIATION
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA):
We would like to invite everyone (young and old) who is
interested in becoming a Catholic to please contact
Mark Hoggard.
Sacrament of Baptism:
Parents are asked to attend two sessions before getting
their child baptized. Please call the Parish Office for the
times and dates for the preparation classes, as well as
the Baptism weekends. Please register for classes.
First Eucharist and First Reconciliation: Preparation
begins in September each year for all children who are
7 years old and are in 2nd grade or above. Please
contact Terry Allen to register.
Sacrament of Confirmation: Preparation begins in
grade 10 or above. Contact Fr. Kevin J. O’Brien.
Reconciliation: Each Saturday at 4:00 p.m., or by
appointment. Contact Fr. Kevin J. O’Brien.
Sacrament of Marriage: Registered parishioners must
contact the parish at least 6 months in advance of
making plans for their marriage. Contact Fr. Kevin J.
O’Brien.
Anointing of the Sick: Any time by appointment.
Contact Fr. Kevin J. O’Brien.
Visiting the Sick/Ministry of Care: Please call the
parish office to arrange for Communion, Anointing of the
Sick, or when someone is ill, in the hospital or in need of
help in any way. (Note: the privacy rules do not allow
hospitals to contact the parish.)

Driver Safety Class
ATTENTION: 55 Plus Drivers
How safe do you feel driving on today’s roads? Do
you remember all the rules of the road that you
learned when you first started driving? Whether you
answered yes or no, come and join other 55 plus
drivers for two driver “refresher” learning mornings,
Wednesday, March 18 and Thursday, March 19, 9:30
A.M. to 1:30 P.M., in rooms 1 & 2. We will discuss
refining our existing driving skills as we age and talk
about ways to develop safe driving strategies for
today’s challenging driving environment. NO TESTS!
The cost is $15.00 for AARP members and $20.00 for
non-members.
Remember: 55 and over drivers get a three year
auto insurance discount certificate. To register for
this worthwhile and rewarding class you can call the
