 Issue of Plus One Application Forms on February 25, 2015
 Only 150 Application Forms will be issued in the school counter between 9.00 a.m. to
12.30 p.m. on payment of Rs. 100/ Application Forms can also be downloaded from our school website
www.stursulaschurchpark.com between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.. Only 200 forms can be
downloaded.
 Submission of filled in application forms on February 28, 2015 between 9.00 a.m. to 11 a.m.
 Those who have bought the Application Form from the school, kindly drop in the filled-in
form into the box.
 The downloaded Application Forms must be submitted on payment of Rs. 100/- in the
school counter.
 The interview dates will be intimated through SMS after March 7, 2015 (Fill in the email and Mobile Number correctly in column 7)
 The combination of groups is subject to Government Order.
 Admission will be strictly done based on the Plus One ADMISSION POLICY. This
application is NO GUARANTEE FOR ADMISSION.
