quote the reference number, your name and full address. Representations should be
made as soon as practicable and no later than ten days from the publication date of this
list. (This period may be extended by advertisement published in a local newspaper or
for particular organisations and individuals who are consulted on a specific proposal).
All comments we receive will be placed on our website and the planning file, which is
available for public inspection. Your name and address will be published with your
comment, however personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will
not be published on our website. Due to the high volume of comments received by the
Council your letter will not be acknowledged in writing, however you will be notified of the
decision.
With regards to Householder applications please note that if an application is refused by
Sevenoaks District Council and the applicant lodges an appeal, further comments from
third parties will no longer be invited by the Planning Inspectorate. However comments
received by us while the application was under consideration will be forwarded to the
Planning Inspectorate.
Sevenoaks District Council will be required to determine the majority of the applications
on the List. In cases where an application is considered by the Development Control
Committee, any representations received will be brought to the attention of the
Committee.
