Katie Lyons contacted dispatch regarding a domestic dispute she was having with her boyfriend Kyle Lillie of the same address.
Upon arrival units spoke with both Katie and Kyle who both advised that they had been arguing and that Kyle had taken Katie's
phone and would not give the phone back to Katie. Katie was trying to get the phone away from Kyle and when Kyle pulled away
from Katie one of his hands made contact with Katie's lip. There was no bruising, cuts or swelling of any type. Katie did not wish to
pursue charges and Kyle left the residence without further incident. Kyle will be staying at his parents for the evening. Report for

Mr. Hayes reporting that a male he sold a vehicle to just returned and was threatening him. Mr. Hayes stated the male came back
after purchasing the vehicle saying the clutch went out of it and demanded his money back. When Mr. Hayes told him he would
not return his money the male took his shirt off and wanted to fight Mr. Hayes. Mr. Hayes said the left when he told them he was
calling the Sheriff's Office. Mr. Hayes did provide a cell number that he had received texts from this male. I made contact with
John Gutherie at the number provided and told him that he is not to have contact with Mr. Hayes either via phone or coming to the

Cleveland to gamble at the Rocksino, they arrived at about 14:30. Debra advised that they left around 17:30 to drive home. They
arrived at the Sunnyside bar in Parrall at about 19:00 they sat at the bar and had dinner and drinks. After eating they went home
and when Debra went to get out of the car she could not find her purse. They then drove back to the Sunnyside bar and were
unable to find purse at the bar. Debra advised that the last time she remembers seeing the pure was when she was in Cleveland.
Denny advises that he believes Debra took the purse into the Sunnyside bar, however he doesn't recall for sure seeing the purse
with Debra while they were at the bar. Debra did advise that she cancelled all her credit cards, as well as her cell phone. Debra

yellow strips indicating no parking in front of the Red box. Dave advised due no other spots available up front to park, he pulled up
behind the Expedition with the front end of his vehicle facing the store and parked. Dave advised while his wife was returning the
movie a male subject came out of the store and got into the Expedition. Dave advised the male then drove forward, turned around,
pulled up right behind his vehicle and parked, blocking him from moving. Dave said during this the male subject got out of the
vehicle and began to take pictures of his license plate, vehicle and him. Dave also advised the male began to yell at him, how he
was illegally parked and if he wanted to leave he would need to call the Sheriff's Office and he was going to post the pictures taken
on Facebook. Dave advised the male then got back in his vehicle and just sat there until he observed him on the phone calling the
Sheriff's office. Dave advised while on the phone with a dispatcher the male subject took off. Dave advised he did not wish to

On 3-7-2015 dispatch received a call from an anonymous caller advising a Jeremy Helsel and Jennifer Stevens are fighting,
bickering back and fourth at 450 Gravel Lick Road. The caller received this information from the female half.
Deputy Knecht and Deputy Snider responded to the house on Gravel Lick Road. While there Jennifer called in advising she
was in Dundee or Sugarcreek area and would meet with Deputies at the office in a half hour. Deputies were unable to make
contact with any subjects at the residence.
Deputy Snider returned to the Sheriff's Office and contact the complainant, Dorothy Lester. Dorothy advised that her cousin
had went to the Gravel Lick Road address to pick Jennifer up. Deputy Snider and Deputy Wasielewski returned to the residence
on Gravel Lick Road and located Jeremy at the residence. Jeremy stated that Jennifer was at the residence. Jeremy Helsel,
D.O.B. 10-14-82, was arrested and transported to the Tuscarawas County Jail.
Jennifer arrived at the Sheriff's Office while Deputies were speaking with Jeremy. Deputy Snider responded to the Sheriff's
Office and spoke with Jennifer. Jennifer stated she was with a friend in Sugarcreek or Dundee. Jennifer was unsure of the exact
location. Jennifer Stevens, D.O.B. 10-10-85, was arrested and incarcerated in the Tuscarawas County Jail
Jennifer is charged with one count of Obstructing Justice. She held pending an appearance in Southern District Court. Jeremy
is charged with one count of Violation of a Protection Order. He is being held pending an appearance in Southern District Court.

While on road patrol on traveling east on Sr 250 near Wolf Run Rd, a vehicle traveling west bound swerved into Deputy Stocker's
lane of travel. Deputy Stocker performed a traffic stop on the vehicle and the driver was identified as 34 year old Alissia I Smith of
6295 Tracy Dr, Uhrichsville. After detecting an odor of an alcohol filled beverage in the vehicle and the drivers breath, field sobriety
was preformed. Ms. Smith was placed under arrest for OVI and taken to Uhrichsville PD where she submitted to further BAC
testing. Ms. Smiths test results did show that her Blood alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit. Ms. Smith's vehicle was
towed by Peters Towing and will be released to the owner after the proper impound fee is provided. Ms. Smith was issued citation
# 13718 for OVI and left of center. Ms. Smith was given a court date of March 24, 2015 in Southern District Court.

East state Rd.
Dispo: Deputy Stocker and K-9 Deputy Creager arrived on scene and observed the high water on SR 258 across from
Delaware Rd SW. Deputies went door to door and informed residence of the dangers of the high waters. ODOT employee George
Berkshire was also on scene and assisted in locating the source of the ice blockage along the Tuscarawas River. The blockage
was located between the SR 258 bridge and the River St bridge in Newcomerstown. The Army Corps of Engineers were notified
and the water level was monitored as a precaution for the event that further safety actions would need to be taken.

incident. Autumn stated last evening around midnight, her ex-boyfriend, Canaan Callentine struck her with a baseball bat. She
stated she called 911 then hung up. The call apparently went to Canton instead of our Dispatch Center. After speaking with
Canton Dispatch, she along with her friends, left the apartment and went to a residence in the Village of Bolivar. Autumn did not
seek medical attention last evening and stated she does not need any at this time. Autumn stated she wanted to pursue criminal

Honda, with registration GKX1075. The vehicle owner was Gary Kramer, D.O.B. 12/31/1948. Gary is the father of Eric W. Kramer,
D.O.B. 03/18/1977. Eric has a warrant for his arrest from Common Pleas Court. R/O knew Eric Kramer is one person that drive
that vehicle. R/O went to the residence to locate Eric Kramer on his warrant. R/O found back door of the residence open. R/O
made verbal attempt to make contact with someone inside the trailer, but got no response. After contact was made with other
subjects in the area, R/O obtained information that Eric Kramer may be at his mother's trailer, 3691 Club Lane. R/O and other
Deputies went to that address and located Eric Kramer and his wife Kimberly Sue Kramer, D.O.B. 02/03/1981. Kimberly has a
warrant for her arrest from Southern District Court. Both parties were taken into custody and transported to the Justice Center

a large sum of money from the IRS. She doesn't know how to contact the IRS to return the money.
I asked her if any of her accounts have been accessed and she stated no. She had already completed an Identity theft packet
through the IRS. I attempted to call the phone numbers she had on legal documents and assist her with speaking with someone.
Several attempts were made without success. I was able to locate an address for the IRS located in Canton, Ohio. I called Juanita
and left a message with the address and phone number.

Sleep Inn desk clerk, Kimberly, called advising that the men in rooms 104-107 are causing a disturbance by being speaking loudly
and she believes that they may have been drinking.
I (Deputy Watson) arrived at the above location and made contact with the desk clerk, Kimberly. She stated that when she came
on duty at 11:00pm, the afternoon clerk had told her that these same men were being loud and were asked to quite down once
before. She then stated that another guess of the hotel came down to the front desk advising her of the disturbance shortly before
she called the Sheriff's Office.
I found the noise coming from room # 106. After making contact with the occupants inside the room. I spoke with Mr. Mike
Henery, the crew foreman for Eco Tree service from Lorain, OH. Mr. Henery advised that he and his co-workers had a few adult
beverages with a late dinner this evening. I did not observe any signs of criminal activity while inside the room and everyone was
of the legal drinking age. Mr. Henery was advised of the complaint and asked to keep the noise level down due to the time of the
morning, he agreed.

Tuscarawas County Central Dispatch was contacted by George Androsky who advised that his neighbor had driven through his
yard at 3737 SR 39 NE Goshen Twp.
Dispo: I, Deputy Stocker responded to the residence and observed a set of tracks in the snow in Mr. Androsky's front yard,
however; did not observe any damage to the property. I spoke to Mr. Androsky who was adamant that his neighbor, Russell P.
Gibson of 3727 SR 39 Ne, was responsible. Mr. Androsky informed me that this event possibly occurred around 1600 hours and
stated that he did not observe the driver responsible or the subjects vehicle. After further investigation, Mr. Gibson explained that
Mr. Androsky had contacted the Tuscarawas County Humane Society and they had responded to his residence. The Mr. Gibson
stated that he witnessed the employee of the Humane Society drive through the yard due to the icy conditions and stated that they
were responsible for the tracks in the snow. I informed Mr. Androsky of what was relayed to me. I also informed Mr. Androsky that
his driveway was completely ice covered and that I would also have trouble getting out of his drive. Mr. Androsky stated that he
completely understood and advised me that if I needed to turn around in his yard, that I had his permission. I did not do so,
however; informed him that this was undoubtedly the reason the employee of the Humane Society had driven in his yard. Mr.
Androsky did concur.

On Tuesday, March 3, 2015 Mary Hill came to the Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office to report her 2003 green Dodge van with

Ohio Registration GBM4977 taken without permission by her son, Robert Clark.
Mary indicated that she and her husband allowed Robert Clark to borrow their van approximately one month prior to the Chumney
murder so he could get back and forth to work. Mary indicates that about two weeks prior to the Chumney murders she became
concerned that he was using the van to commit thefts. Mary said Robert would not return the van.
Mary then stated that after the Chumney murders, Robert showed up at her house with her van (she believed the 23rd of January,
2015) and said he was going back up to Canton to stay with Dustin Bowe. They told Robert that they wanted the van back and he
inquired if they would give him a ride to Canton. Mary said they agreed to give him a ride to Canton but then Robert said he was
going to get some clothes for his upstairs apartment and took off with the van again.
Mary has not seen her van since but knows it is in the custody of the Mohave County Sheriff in Arizona where Robert was taken
into custody.

On the above day and time our department received a welfare check on Allen Humphries:
Dispo: Upon arrival, units made contact with Tracey Burkey who advised she cleans the residence in question twice a week for
Allen Humphries. Allen does not drive, is elderly, and on Oxygen. Tracey was concerned as the residence was locked and Allen
would not answer the door. Units checked the exterior which was secure, all blinds were pulled and interior was not visible. A
radio could be heard playing inside the residence. An attempt was made to contact Allen's brother with no success. Neighbors
indicated they had not seen Allen for several days. A note was left on the door from Meals on Wheels with yesterdays date,
indicating they had been at the home and attempted to serve Allen a meal with no success. East Sparta squad assisted with entry
into the residence. Allen was not inside. Dispatch then checked area hospitals and learned Allen was currently admitted to Mercy
Hospital in Canton. Units re-secured the residence and cleared the call.
