To SIM Applicants,
The Office of SIM Admissions has announced the final list of eligible applicants for entrance examination (round
2/2015) and has also sent you an eligibility notice for this entrance examination via e-mail. Please retrieve the
Examination Admission Card by clicking at your name and print it out, and bring this card with your ID card or
passport on the day of the examination.
If you did not receive an email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you cannot find it, please check
your email options to confirm email from the mahidol.ac.th domain is not your “blocked” list.

SIM EXAMINATION RULES
BEFORE STARTING:
1. SIT in your assigned seat and CHECK if the seat number, number of examination, serial
number of examinee identification sheet and answer sheets are the same for all the sheets.
If there is any discrepancy, contacts invigilator for replacement.
2. DO NOT open and read examination questions prior to the commencement of the
examination
3. ONLY PERMIT I.D. card, pen, pencil, eraser and sharpener on your desk
4. WRITE your name in your answer sheets
DURING THE EXAMINATION:

DO NOT use a cell phone or any unauthorized electronic device in the examination room
ONLY USE standard 2 B or BB pencil to mark the answer sheet
PUT the dark shading in circle within the answer sheets
DO NOT share any items and get up during examination without permission
ONCE you have finished your examination:
1. STAY seated and no one is allowed to leave until the examination period has been finished
2. RETURN all examination materials and no paper can be taken from the examination room
