NOTE: The purpose of our Vocational profiles are intended not as an advertisement but
rather an awareness so you can learn more about your fellow members. As the ABC's of
Rotary states: "Any use of the fellowship of Rotary as a means of gaining an advantage or
profit is contrary to the spirit of Rotary. On the other hand, if new or increased business
comes as a natural result of friendship that develops in Rotary… it is not and infringement
on the ethics of Rotary membership. The primary purpose of Rotary membership is to
provide each member with a unique opportunity to serve others, and membership is not
intended as a means for personal profit or special privileges."
MARCH IS LITERACY MONTH
He and his wife Katie are both originally from Kansas and relocated to
Wichita from Huntington, WV in July 2010. They have a six-year old
daughter, Ava and a 2-year old son, Alex. AJ is a member of Downtown
Rotary, the Greater Wichita Area Sports Commission, and serves on the
Executive Board for Go Wichita.
This is a time for clubs to develop their own literacy projects and raise
awareness of Rotarians’ efforts worldwide to eliminate illiteracy.
