was coming over with a couple of friends to beat her up. I spoke to Melissa and viewed text messages on her phone, none of
which were threatening in nature. Melissa stated this has been going on for sometime but has never reported it. Melissa was told
how to obtain a protection order against Mr. Alsept and to keep any further threatening text messages so they can be
documented. I also made contact with Mr. Alsept via telephone and told him Melissa did not want him contacting her anymore and
any further contact would result in him be charged with phone harassment.

Upon arrival I spoke with both Brandie as well as Mathew and they both advised that they had indeed been arguing earlier in the
evening, and that Brandie had left the residence for a couple of hours. Upon Brandie returning the argument continued and
became heated. Both parties advised that each of them had consumed between 6 and 8 beers this evening. Mathew advised that
he was going to spend the night at his parents residence which is across the street, and Brandie was going to bed as well. I spoke
with Mathew's parents who advised that is was ok for Mathew to stay at there residence. Brandie as well as Mathew advised that

and advised this is an ongoing issue between both of them not getting along. Writer then spoke with Kaitlyn and Sebastian. Kaitlyn
advised when she came home from school Sebastian was playing a game on the Xbox and when she told him to get off so she
could play on the system Sebastian started a verbal argument. Sebastian advised when his sister told him to get off the system,
he became upset and started a verbal argument with her because he feels she is always bossing him around when their mother is
not home. While talking with everybody present other issues were brought up about Sebastian not listening, doing his chores,
being disrespectful and always trying to start arguments with everybody in the house hold. After a long talk with everybody all

Randy McNutt reporting that there is a vehicle stuck in his backyard.
Dispo: Made contact with Randy who advises that several vehicle have driven through his backyard since the Village has changed
the traffic pattern on the alley next to his residence. Tonight another individual attempted to drive through his yard and has
become stuck in the mud.
I observed the vehicle, a GMC Acadia (OH Reg FQZ6433), which had been operated by Michael Horsely (OLN RZ616528) sitting
in the yard of 4879 E. Miner St with mud up to the front axel of the vehicle. Upon speaking with Mr. Horsely, he stated that he was
attempting to turn around after finding out that he could not travel through the alley and misjudged how far he could travel into the
yard without getting stuck.
Mr. Horsely advised that his wife was currently on the way with a tow strap and was going to attempt to pull the vehicle from the
yard.
Mr. Horsely's wife arrived on scene driving a Pontiac Grand Prix and possessing a tie down strap as the means of pulling the stuck
vehicle out of the yard. Mr. Horsely was given two attempts to remove the vehicle before a tow truck was contacted.

I observed the vehicle driving in an erratic manner and had to swerve due to the driver starting across the center line on Sandyville
Rd. A stop was made and the driver and owner of the vehicle, Jonathan A. Moserger of East Sparta was found to be suspended.
The vehicle plates were also flagged to be seized on behalf of the state BMV. The driver was issued citations for reckless
operation, DUS/FRA and No O.L. The driver claimed to have paid all his reinstatement fees on 03-13-15 but had no proof of
same. Citation was issued and if he has paid, proof will need to be given during initial appearance in New Phila muni court. The
vehicle was towed by Keiths Towing and the plates were sent to the BMV. During inventory a glass smoking pipe with residue was
located and seized for destruction.

On 03-13-15 Amy Matthus came on station at the Sheriffs Office to report, that she and her son had gotten into a physical
altercation, while traveling on Seven Mile Dr. Amy stated, that when she had stopped at the stop light at Seven Mile Dr. and
Wabash Ave., her 16 year old son Noah Orr had jumped out of the vehicle and took off running. Amy requested to speak with a
deputy in regards to the matter.
Writer responded to the office from patrolling to meet with Amy. Writer arrived at the Sheriffs Office to find that Amy had left the
office, responded to a location inside of the corporation of New Philadelphia and had picked up Noah. Phone contact with Amy
had been made and she advised that she had gotten tired of waiting on a unit to show up, so she left. Amy was advised that she
needed to make arrangements to meet with writer or another unit in regards to the complaint, due to what she was claiming what
had taken place. Amy claimed that she understood and would try and make herself available later.
Midnight units attempted contact with Amy with no success. Writer also tried again the following day and was not able to make
contact with Amy. Both circumstances messages were left for Amy and she had refused to call units back.
Writer will forward a copy of said complaint to the Department of Job and Family Services in regards to the matter.

been soon contents of several adult websites by his ex-wife's boyfriend.
I spoke with Mr. Roberts via telephone, as he was calling from his home in Wellington, OH. Mr. Roberts reports that his daughter
told him and his girlfriend this morning that his ex-wife's boyfriend has had her looking at adult websites and during several
evening staying with her mother and her boyfriend, she the daughter was made to sleep in the boyfriends bed. Mr. Roberts is
claiming that this occurred as much as two (2) years ago.
Since Mr. Robert's daughter is safe with her at his home, Mr. Roberts was advised to contact Tuscarawas County Job and Family
Services and the Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office Det Kathy Bickford on Monday to set up a time for him and his daughter to
be interviewed.
Mr. Roberts advised that he would be in contact on Monday.
After speaking with dispatch it was learned that Mr. Roberts has called several times to report this same type of complaint over the

Dispo: I responded to the scene and made contact with Tyler Schupbach (OLN TJ457059) who states that his cousin Christopher
Bell resides at the current residence with him and his grandfather. Christopher came home tonight intoxicated and called Tyler a
racial slur, as well as threatened him with bodily harm. Tyler feels that there are going to be problems with Christopher and he
would like him removed from the residence.
Tyler refused to provide any written statements as to the incident which had taken place. Tyler was explained that Christopher can
only be removed from the residence by eviction.
Contact was ultimately made with Christopher Bell (OLN TR995421) and his girlfriend, Annie Lanzer (OLN UD228535). Both left
the residence and proceeded next door (6802 Columbia Rd NW) to Annie's grandparents house where they were going to stay for
the evening.

On Saturday 03-14-2015 at around 6:17pm, Mr. Travis Smith called the Sheriff's Office to report a fight between a male and a
female. Mr. Smith reports that this couple is driving on SR212 in the village of Bolivar, Oh.
After several minutes searching, I (Deputy Watson) located this vehicle parked on the side of the road in front of 264 Bolivar St.,
Bolivar Village, Lawrence Township, OH. After making contact with the male and female inside the vehicle, I could observe a
female that appeared to be unresponsive. Bolivar Fire Department arrived on scene shortly afterwards and transported this
female to Mercy Medical Center in Canton, OH for treatment.
After the female passenger was transported, I began speaking with the driver of the vehicle, Mr. Todd J. Stein (OLN:RT028367).
After standardized field soberly tests were given, Mr. Stein was placed under arrest for Physical Control of a motor vehicle while
under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Stein was transported to the Dover Police station were he submitted to the
breath test on the DataMaster.
After several attempts by Mr. Stein and myself to find a sober adult to be responsible for Mr. Stein, he was transported to the
Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office for an eight (8) hour hold.
Citation # 14529 issued to Mr. Stein with an court date of March 19th 2015 at 1:00pm.

I initiated a traffic stop on US 250 near mile post 16 for a marked lanes violation. Upon speaking with the driver/registered owner
Carlina Briggs she stated she was having car problems and that caused her to drift across the center line. I asked Ms. Briggs if
there was anything illegal in the vehicle and she stated there was a small amount of marijuana. Ms. Briggs handed me a clear
sandwich baggie that had a marijuana stem in it that she retrieved from the backseat. At this point I observed a glass pipe
commonly used for smoking marijuana laying on the floor behind the driver's seat. When I asked who the pipe belonged to, Ms.
Briggs' passenger, Colt J. Crites, stated it was his. Mr. Crites was issued a minor misdemeanor citation for possession of
marijuana paraphernalia. Mr. Crites was given a court date of March 19, 2015 at 1 pm in Municipal Court. Ms. Briggs was given a
warning for the marked lanes violation.

yesterday (3/11/2015) afternoon at 1:00pm. Dorothy stated that Bryce has a history of using drugs and she would allow Bryce to
use her vehicle to drive to the meetings. She had tried make contact with Bryce several times during the night but was unable to
make contact with him. It was through facebook messenger that Dorothy was able to find out a location of where Bryce went. At
that time Deputies went to the residence on Steinebrey Ridge Rd NW in Sugarcreek Twp to the residence of RJ Lanser and Kyle
Lanser who are friends with Bryce. Deputies attempted to make contact at the residence with Bryce Landis but he nor the truck
were at the residence. RJ and Kyle Lanser both had stated that Bryce had stayed the night last night due to the foggy road
conditions and had left today(3/12/15) around 1:00pm. Dorothy Landis asked if we would follow her to her residence to see if
Bryce might be there. Deputies followed Dorothy and as we arrived we saw the truck parked in the garage at the residence.
Dorothy asked if the units would go inside and speak with Bryce to hopefully prevent a situation like this in the future. Deputies
spoke with Bryce and advised him of the complaint and the responsibility and obligation of being entrusted with another persons
vehicle.

Vehicle in the roadway - facing the wrong way.

Mr. D. Geesman called the Sheriffs' Office to report a vehicle parked on Kerns Dr., Lawrence Township, OH., facing the wrong
way in the line of travel.
I (Deputy Watson) responded to the area and located this vehicle, it belongs to Mr. John Malcom of Trail Bottom Rd, Lawrence
Township. Mr. Malcom reports as he was traveling east on Kerns Dr., something inside the truck's drive system broke and he lost
all drive power to the vehicle. Mr. Malcom stated that he attempted to back down the hill a short distance and into the driveway of
Cider Village apartments. Mr. Malcom didn't make it. Mr. Malcom had called for a tow truck prior to my arrival.
A few moments later, Finlayson's towing arrived and the pair were able to remove this vehicle from the roadway with out incident.
