The overarching theme across the school for Term 1 has been “Thinking”. Each learning centre has investigated “Thinking” in a different way, appropriate to the level and abilities of the students. I invite you to attend this term’s culminating event for Junior, Middle and Senior School will be held on Thursday 26th March from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. All students are expected to attend and showcase the Inquiry Learning for Term 1. Some marvellous activities include: puppet plays, debates, philosophical thinking, reflections, Art work, Healthy Mind/Healthy Body, Yoga, Literature Circles, role plays, and much, much more! Families may wish to bring a picnic to enjoy in between activities. The Sausage Man will have his BBQ here and will be selling yummy sausages in bread for $2:50. Students and staff are preparing for this special event and we hope to see all Heatherhill families that evening CASTLEMAINE STATE FESTIVAL The fame of our school continues: The School Choir has been invited to perform the ‘Possum Cloak Song’ at the Castlemaine State Festival on March 21.
