The VBA form can be downloaded via this link: http://www.portofamsterdam.nl/docs/nl/ns_VBA_nl.pdf Changes to previously notified visits and reports of repeat or outgoing voyages can be made either by e-mail or by calling the Traffic Information (Meldpunt Verkeer) hotline. You must verify yourself whether any notifications submitted shortly before and/or during the Legend Telephone Fax malfunction have been received successfully by the Harbour Master. E-mail What to do after the malfunction has been resolved? Website When the malfunction has been resolved, you are obliged to submit your notifications electronically and retroactively through the PCS for confirmation. Please enter the CRN in the field marked “Client Excel upload Reference” when doing so. You were issued this number by the Amsterdam Harbour Master upon your first notification during the malfunction.
