Safety Manager
Job Duties:
 Work together with Department Heads to identify, develop and implement Safety Program to create
a safe working environment

In charge of incident investigations, root cause analysis, recommend the corrective / preventive
actions and ensure they are implemented

Conduct performance audit periodically, regular inspections on operations, facilities and equipment
to ensure operations is in compliance with company’s safety program, governments’ regulations and
requirements

Manage safety induction training, accident investigation training and other relevant safety trainings
for staff members

Identify, develop and implement for Safety Audit Check list and Procedures

Liaise with external auditors in respect of all Safety issues

Promote and enhance safety awareness at workplace

Attend regular meetings with services providers, tenants, and other control authorities

Perform ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
 High diploma with at least 5 years of working experience

Experience in airport operations / ramp operations is a plus

Strong in planning, coordination, organization and presentation skills

Excellent communication skill at all levels

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Holder of Driving License is an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

Accounts Officer
Job Duties:

Perform daily accounting functions such as invoices / aircraft parking records verification and
journal entries preparation

Assist in month-end closing, accounts receivables and preparing statement of accounts to customers

Update price list in related accounting and operations systems to ensure smooth operations of the
Company

Prepare periodic reports to Management and Airport Authority in a timely manner

Provide general administrative support to Accounts Department and maintain good filing system

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior
Requirements:

Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline

Minimum 1 year’ accounting experience

Self-motivated, independent and attentive to details

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Knowledge in ACCPAC will be an advantage

Proficient in MS Office applications especially MS Excel

Customer Service Representative
Job Duties:
 Attend the Customer Service counter, respond to queries and perform administrative duties

Coordinate with Line Service and Guest Relations Departments on daily operation

Coordinate with the Protocol, the Government VIP lounge and control authorities when there are
VVIP flights

Prepare and ensure the accuracy of all invoices before presenting to pilot in command for signature
or collect payment prior aircraft departure

Provide service to passengers and crew members for all flights

Coordinate aircraft catering services

Liaise closely and coordinate with overseas agents, aircraft operators on flight operation and services
requirement

Coordinate between aircraft operator and CAD for landing/ departure permits approval

Others ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
 Degree holder with at least 1 year’ relevant experience or Diploma holder with at least 3 years’
relevant experience

Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skill and serving attitude

Initiative, detail-oriented and good team player

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving License No. 1 & 2 is an advantage

Willing to work on shift duty

航線服務技術員
職責:

於停機坪和機庫執行飛機停泊調動、拖行和引領工作

協助提供地勤服務例如為飛機加油、衛生服務、補充食水、裝卸行李、外置電源接駁和操作
地勤設備

記錄輸入燃料數量並處理文書工作
入職要求 :

中五或以上程度及五年工作經驗

必須持有有效香港駕駛執照 1,2,18 牌及良好駕駛紀錄

能操簡單英語及普通話

勤奮守時 、具責任心和良好團隊精神

需戶外工作(機場停機坪) 及輪班(早、中及通宵班)

經驗較淺者將考慮為 “航線服務助理”
