Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL), a public-private partnership organization, is the market leader in
developing and financing private sector large, medium and small-scale infrastructure as well as renewable energy projects.
IDCOL solicits applications for the following positions:
Senior Officer /Assistant Manager (HRM): 1 post
A. Qualifications
 BBA/ Master degree in HRM/ Management with
minimum CGPA of 3;
 Computer skills with the ability to type in Bangla;
 Strong written and oral communication skills in
English;
 Minimum 3 years work experience in the relevant field
will be required.
B. Duties and responsibilities
 Providing support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and
capabilities of staff.
 Monitoring staff performance and attendance activities.
 Coordinating staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a
timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
 Providing information and assistance to staff, supervisors and the
management on human resource and work related issues.
 Performing other related duties as required.
C. Age limit: 32 years
Management Trainee / Senior Officer (Relationship Management-SHS Program) - 2 posts
A. Qualifications
 Bachelor with Honors or BBA/MBA with minimum
CGPA of 3.00 ;
 Strong written and oral communication skills in
English;
 Strong computer skills in word processing,
spreadsheet analysis;
 For Senior Officer minimum 2 years work
experience in banking sector will be required.
B. Major Duties and Responsibilities
 Maintaining close relationship with the respective implementing
organizations and coordinate/supervise their activities
 Conducting frequent visit to implementing organizations to assess their
operational performance;
 Processing of disbursement of fund to the implementing organizations;
 Assisting implementing organizations in addressing operational issues
 Generating periodic reports and other reports required by donors/govt.
