The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to permit commercial school, private school, private community centre and health centre uses as additional permitted uses within the existing commercial plaza located on the subject lands. The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment also seeks to increase the existing cap occupied by restaurants, food courts and/or eating establishments from 25% to 33% of the gross leasable floor area. Finally, the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to establish a blended parking rate to be applied across the entirety of the site. -2Any person may attend the meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment.
