Harmony Day is about bringing people together to celebrate being Australian. It is a day to understand and commit to the benefits of living in a country that embraces the common values of respect, fairness, participation, acceptance and a fair go for all. It's about educating our children to counter ignorance with the facts of our success as a multicultural nation. To celebrate the day Caddies Creek students are encouraged to wear an orange accessory with their school uniform. Students could wear an orange armband, an orange hat or ribbon. How about orange socks! Please encourage your child to participate and help to make it a successful day.
