Swedish Swimming Federation Dear Friends, Listed below is useful information you need to know before the diving competition 7-nations Youth Diving Meet in Stockholm March 28-29 2015. Accreditation: Will be handed out to everyone by arrival to the hotel. Entrance to the pool: For entrance to the pool, use the entry cards given to you with your accreditation. The cards are also needed for entrance to the locker rooms. Thursday – Friday: enter the pool through the public doors at the main entrance or the revolving door next to the dry land area, the competition entrance (see attached map). Saturday – Sunday (Competition days): enter the pool through the revolving door next to the dry land area, the competition entrance (see attached map). Emergency Exits: It is absolutely forbidden to enter or leave the building by the Emergency Exits. The Emergency Exits should only be used in case of danger. Unauthorized use will trigger the alarm. Please note that the big doors behind the diving pool are also an emergency exit, and must not be used. Changing rooms: Bring your own padlock. Girls: Room 5-6, Boys: Room 8-9. Dry land area: Is only to be used as warm-up facility! Coaches are responsible for the divers in their team. Bags: All divers and coaches are to keep their bags in the dry land area. No bags allowed on the secretariat side of the pool or on the spectator stands! Lost items: All lost items will be collected after each day and placed in a lost items container. Info box: Every participating team has a info box at the competition office in the diving pool. Please check daily for information, result lists etc. + NOTE! Important Diving sheets: The competition will use Diverecorder and the dive sheets shall be posted online by the participator/coaches no later than Wednesday the 25 March. Changes can be made until 18:00 the day before the specific event. The event will be open for posting of sheets from the 10 March. To post your sheets: go to http://www.diverecorder.co.uk Start lists/Dive sheets: Start lists will be posted behind each competition platform prior to the competition. Dive lists will be printed and can be found in each nation’s info box in the competition office. Please check closely, sign and report any errors to the competition secretariat. Technical Meeting: The technical meeting will be held on Friday, March 27, at 18.00 at the pool. Practice: Following hours the diving pool will be open for practice: Thursday 26 March: 10.00 – 19.00 Friday 27 March: 08.00 – 18.00 Saturday 28 March 07.30 – 09.50, 17.00 – 19.00 Sunday 29 March: 07.30 – 09.50. NOTE! Between events and 30 min prior to competition start each morning ONLY divers’ competing in the following event is allowed on each board. Competition Program: Saturday 28/3 10:00 Girls B 3 m Boys B 1 m Victory Ceremony 15:15 Opening Ceremony 15:30 Girls A 3 m Boys A 1 m Girls A/B Synchro 3 m Victory Ceremony Sunday 29/3 10:00 Boys B 3 m Girls B 1 m Victory Ceremony 15:00 Boys A 3 m Girls A 1 m Boys A/B Synchro 3 m Victory and Closing Ceremony Opening Ceremony: The Opening Ceremony will take place Saturday 28 /3 at 15.15. Please have all divers from each team prepared in team uniforms at 15.10 in the corridor to the diving pool. Results: All results will be posted on the wall in the corridor to the diving pool. Results will also be posted on Diverecorder and the competition website after the competition. Awards: Victory ceremony will be held at the end of each session. Medals and special prices will be presented to the first, second and third of each event. Food: Breakfast is served at the hotel. The breakfast will be served from 06:50 on competition days. Lunch and Dinner will be served at “Hammarby Rodd”, located 5 minutes’ walk from the pool (see attached map). Lunch time 11.30-14.00 (Thursday-Sunday) and dinner time 17.30-19.30 (Thursday-Saturday). If you arrive after the lunch-time on Thursday, please send an email to [email protected] not later than 17/3 if you would like to have lunch when you arrive. Coffee and snacks for coaches and judges: Will be served on the second floor in the diving pool. Farwell Party: The Farwell Party will be held on Sunday 29/3 in a building located 5 minutes’ walk from the pool (see attached map) at 19.30. Judges: All judges shall be dressed in white. Please see the judge’s schedule attached. Payment: All cost for each team (entry fees and meals etc.) should be paid before the competition starts. Each team will get an invoice with the total competition fee. All information regarding the competition is available at: www.simforbundet.se Transportation: All teams will be traveling with Arlanda Express (train) to the central station (20 min) from where transport will be arranged to the hotel. There will be people from the organization on both Arlanda and the central station to guide you.
