Parent Volunteers Needed
For Spring Fling
Saint Mary’s Spring Fling is dependent on our parent volunteers. We need you! Please contact your
homeroom teacher or the front office and sign up for just a couple of hours for at least one day. We
need everyone's help to make this huge event a success. For any parent that signs up to volunteer
and works their shift, their child will have a Jeans Day on Wednesday, April 15th (the Wednesday
after Spring Fling).
Cha-Ching
Big Bucks Raffle
We have less than half of the 450 tickets! That’s right, only about 200 tickets left! If you want your
chance at winning $12,000, the time is now to get your ticket before they are sold out! We are selling
only 450 tickets in this year’s Cha-Ching Raffle at a Guaranteed Grand Prize payout of $12,000. See
more details in the Cha-Ching Raffle flyer that goes home this week. More order forms are available in
the school office and the school website.
Rachel’s Challenge Meeting
Tuesday, March 31st
Rachel’s Challenge will meet next week, Tuesday, March 31st, 7:15 AM in the Library/Media Center.
All students in 3rd grade through 8th grade are invited to attend. If you are planning to attend, please
bring a friend.
Living Stations
Thursday, April 2nd
The Eighth Grade will reenact the Stations of the Cross on Thursday, April 2nd at 8:30 a.m. The Living
Stations will begin in front of the Parish Life Center and culminate in the gym. Everyone is invited to
join the student body for the Living Stations.
Used Refrigerators, Freezers, Coolers & Crock-pots Needed
For Spring Fling
Used refrigerators and freezers are needed for Spring Fling. Please call the school office at 243-8913
to schedule a time and day for pick up.
Crock-pots and large coolers (120 Qt. +) are also needed for the food booths. Please leave crock-pots
and coolers at the front office.
White Elephant Items Needed
Items are needed for the White Elephant Tent at Spring Fling. Remember, someone’s trash is
someone else’s treasure. Bring in all your items to the school. Let us know in the office when you
place items, so we can be sure to move them to our Spring Fling Storage. Knick-knack’s, dishes, linens,
etc... Almost anything will sell at Spring Fling. If you need help in moving items, please call the office at
243-8913.
