Mrs. Smart reporting people living in tents on the property behind her. Upon speaking with Mrs. Smart she stated someone has
been camping in tents on the property that adjoins hers for the past few weeks and does not believe they have permission to be
there. She also stated she believes they have built an out house on the property and are dumping waste from it in the yard. I made
contact with a male and female who are staying on the property and identified them as Albert L. Reynolds and Amber C.
Featheringham. Mr. Reynolds stated his mother, Linda Reynolds, owns the property and he has her permission to be on the
property. Mr. Reynolds denied having an out house on the property and stated they go into town if the need to use the restroom.
Mr. Reynolds was made aware of the complaint.

Ms. Talbott came on station to report her ex-boyfriend Matt Maple was told to return her dog but has not done so. I spoke to Ms.
Talbott in the lobby where she stated she was in court today for her protection order hearing against Matt Maple and the
magistrate told him to return the dog. I went to Mr. Maple's residence and spoke to him about the dog in question. Mr. Maple said
he did have a court date today but the magistrate never heard the case due to a scheduling conflict. Mr. Maple contacted his
attorney, Michael Johnson who confirmed they were in court today but never saw the magistrate. Mr. Johnson also stated that the
dog was never mentioned in the conversation today with Ms. Talbott's attorney, J.J. Ong. The protection does not specifically state
anything about any dogs. Mr. Maple did admit he has possession of the dog in question but alleges it was dropped off by Ms.
Talbott's daughter and that the dog belongs to him.

Amanda Crowthers reporting the neighbors daughter spray painted some of their property. I spoke to Amanda and Chad
Crowthers who stated the neighbor girl spray painted their son's power wheels jeep. Mr. and Mrs. Crowthers said they spoke to the
girl's father, David Bursh, over the weekend about the matter but tonight they found more items that have been painted. I made
contact with Mr. Bursh and told him of the complaint and him stated his daughter, Rachel, did admit to spray painting the power
wheel. Mr. Bursh also said he had purchased cleaner so his daughter could clean the paint off but he would pay for the damage if
the paint will not come off. Both parties reached an agreement to have Rachel to attempt to clean the paint off and if it will not
clean off then Mr. Bursh will reimburse the Crowthers for the jeep.

Dispo: I arrived at the residence, 5510 SR 212 NW, and spoke with Esther Norris who stated that she was walking her property
line and noticed a pile of brush dumped on her property. She remembers never giving anyone permission to dump brush on her
property and would like to find out who did it and would only like it to be removed.
Upon investigation and speaking with Esther's neighbor, William Meek of 10393 Dolphin St SW, I had learned that Mr. Meek's
neighbor William Criswell (RP131471) had cut the pine trees on Mr. Meek's property with out asking and dumped the trimmings
across the road and in the field.
Later I made contact with William and advised him of the complaint and he stated that he would clean up the brush pile so that no
charges would come of the situation. I made personal contact with William and did see the brush pile was gone and Esther was
also notified.

Justin Fiddler (OLN. TD354944). They advised they both had to be away from the residence for various reasons, and asked a
neighbor to let their dog out while they were away, and let the door unlocked for the neighbor.
. While the neighbor was attending to the dog, two other friends arrived at the residence and assisted the neighbor with the care of
the dog. Upon their return to the residence, one of the six puppies their dog had was unaccounted for. They stated that they spoke
with the subjects that were at the residence, and all have denied having the puppy. I attempted to make contact with one of the

On April 9, 2015 Stacie Stockert contacted Central Dispatch advising of the apparent death of her neighbor Elaine Childs of 9726
Bimeler St. Bolivar.
Upon arrival I spoke with Stacie who advised that Stacie and her family go to the same church as Mrs. Childs, and that a few of
the ladies from the church had been trying to get a hold of Elaine and she was not answering the phone. The ladies then asked
Stacie to go to Elaine's residence and check on her well being. Stacie and her husband went to Elaine's residence and found the
doors locked, car in the garage and the lights were on. They also talked to the neighbor and when they went around the back of
the residence they saw Elaine lying on the floor of the family room. They then kicked open the back door and found that Elaine had
in-fact passed away.
Mike and Tammy Stockert came to the residence and advised that they had last seen Elaine on Wednesday April 8, 2015 at
Lakeview Baptist Church in Beach City for Church service. They advised that Elaine left around 19:30 hrs. Elaine appears to have
fallen and had a small abrasion on her forehead. Rigor mortise had set in. Stacie advised that they found Elaine around 19:30 hrs.
The coroner was contacted along with Elaine's daughter Mary Kreiter of Canton.
There were no signs of foul play and the coroner released the body to the funeral home in Bolivar. Mary was advised of the
arraignments and was put in contact with the funeral home. The residence was secured and Mary advised that she would not be
at the residence until tomorrow Friday April 10, 2015.

that she left it on the microwave when she left for work. Shawna advises that the wallet contained her drivers license, debit card
and her social security card.
I advised Shawna to cancel her debit card and I also provided her with a Identity theft packet.
