Pursuant to DepEd Order 2, s. 2015 (GUIDELINES ON THE ESTABLISHMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RESULTS-BASED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OR RPMS) in compliance with the Strategic Performance Management System of the Civil Service Commission, everyone is enjoined to implement this policy. 2. The Four (4) Phases of the RPMS are: School-based Non School-based Personnel Personnel All school Chiefs, EPS, PSDS employees and and all DICs ,etc DICs as SHs and April December Phase 1: Performance Planning Commitment Phase 2: Performance Monitoring and Coaching June – March With a MidSY Phase 3: Performance Review and Evaluation April Phase 4: Performance Rewarding and April Development Planning Jan-Dec With a MidFY December December 3. Since SY 2014-2015 is the experimentation period of the RPMS, everyone will use the RPMSIPCRF AND the corresponding CB-PAST, PASSA, or PASAG. 5. Every school/district shall schedule a Performance Assessment Day in April to do the Phase III and Phase IV. There shall be an exhibit room as a display area of all employee portfolios of accomplishments. All employees shall be given a chance to view the portfolios to engage in professional interaction. The School/District Performance Assessment Team headed by the School Head / District Head shall oversee this and a time to do the Phase III (Performance Review and Evaluation) and Phase IV (Performance Rewarding and Development Planning) For Secondary School Heads, their Performance Assessment Day will be on April 24, 2015 (Friday) at the SDO Conference Hall. 6. School Heads, PSDS, or DICs are required to make an MS Excel Performance Summary which may look like the one below.
