REFUND POLICY
An exhibitor who cancels or withdraws
from the Expo must notify GLOBE in
writing and is subject to the following
penalties:

COST’ is due to GLOBE.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The value indicated as ‘BALANCE’ in the
Fee section is due on or before December
4, 2015. If the ‘TOTAL COST’ is not paid by
December 2, 2015, GLOBE will withdraw
the Exhibitor’s booth assignment.
EXHIBIT RATES AND BOOTH PACKAGES
AT NO COST FOR EXHIBITORS
STANDARD BOOTHS include: dividing walls, backs, siding, and the following
supplied furniture: One 6' skirted table, two chairs, wall to wall carpeting, and a
header sign. Basic Power (one duplex outlet) is included for all exhibitors. No
substitutions allowed.

Standard Booths are mandatory for exhibits smaller than 400 sq.ft. / 36 m2 and
cost CAD $3,650.00 per 100 square feet sq.ft. / 9m2.

BULK SPACE is not furnished but includes basic power (one duplex outlet per

A deposit of $10.50 per sq.ft. of exhibit space should be made payable by cheque,
bank draft, wire transfer or credit card in Canadian funds to GLOBE Series and must
