WHAT IS IT?
HOW IT WORKS
For the first time, the new GLOBEX Innovation Expo will be hosting
an exciting Challenge-Pitch Forum directly on the exposition floor.
Business, government, industry associations, and consortia will
have the opportunity to sponsor sector ‘challenges’. The Sponsors
will define the performance requirements, GLOBE will assist with
aligning potential solutions providers.
Sponsored challenges will be woven into a sophisticated B2B
software platform. Through this platform, solution providers can
view the various challenges, and create a pitch independently or
with partners. This takes the B2B platform beyond an introduction
tool and provides an opportunity to forge concrete partnerships
while enabling transactional deals. The B2B platform will be
featured on the GLOBE 2016 website well in advance of GLOBEX,
allowing ample time for relationship building prior to the event.

Other sectors are welcome and encouraged to participate in the
B2B platform.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
After reviewing the challenges through the B2B platform and
crafting a pitch, solution providers will present their live pitch to
the challenge sponsor at the GLOBEX exposition.
Successful candidates will be selected based on an evaluation
using the pre-set challenge criteria. Discussions with challenge
sponsors will continue post GLOBE 2016 to further the business
development.
