Northern New Jersey Bridges to the Baccalaureate is Now Recruiting! By 2018, New Jersey will need to fill approximately 269,000 jobs in STEM-related fields. Union County College was recently awarded a Bridges to the Baccalaureate (B2B) grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to support students from underrepresented backgrounds in their completion of Associate degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) and transfer to four-year institutions. Why Be B2B?
