Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC), as per their
Order dated 30.3.2015 against our Petition No 71 of 2014, has intimated that
determination of ARR of PSPCL for F/ 2015-16 is under process and final decision
in this regard is likely to take some more time. ln pursuance to the directives
issued by PSERC, the existing tariff from all categories of consumeG with effect
from 1.4.2015 shall be charged as belowiThe Tariff for all categories of consumers shall continue to be charged
i)
;t the existing rates w.e.f. 1.4.2015 till the issue of tariff order for FY 2015-15'
iOD tariff applicable to Large Supply and l\4edium Supply Industrial
ii)
Citegory consumers upto 31.3.2015 will not be applicable from 14 15 to
31.5.2015.
iii)
( Peak Load Exemption charges) will be charged as approved Dy
tfre [on'ble iommission in Tariff Order for FY 2013-14 and Peak Load Hours will not
be more than 3 hours between 6.00 P.M to 10 00 P M depending upon seasons
The applicability of the tariff shall be subject to the condition that Govt'
