'10. The above officers at Sr. No. 10 to 13 on promotion shall not be entitled to seniority as AEE
over those who are otherwise senior to them but whose cases are not complete for want of
certain formalities.
11. Promotion at sr. Nd. 10 & 12 have been made in terms of erstwhile Board's o/o No. 941/ BEG
Dated 17.10.96 as they have not passed DAE until now and they will not be entiled for
promotional increments till they qualify the prescribed exam. The promotional increments in
the regular scale of AEE to them will be released only from the date when he pass the DAE of
Engineer Officers.
